The following vendors have been selected as prequalified contractors for Glass and Door System Repair Services for York University for the period of March 8, 2024 to March 7, 2025, with two (2) optional twelve (12) month extensions.

How to Order
Departments/units that require this service must review the Second Stage Service Arrangement as outlined below prior to submitting a Service Request (SR):
- For requirements valued at less than $25,000, York may use the prequalified vendors on a rotational sequence without going through a competitive bidding process. All dollar amounts reflected herein are in Canadian dollars exclusive of taxes.
- For planned requirements valued at more than $25,000 but less than $121,200, three (3) prequalified vendors will be invited to submit a price or proposal through a subsequent competitive bidding process. The invitation to participate in such competitive bidding will be sent out via email.
- For requirements valued at more than $121,200, all prequalified vendors will be invited to submit a price or proposal through a subsequent competitive bidding process. The Bid Documents issued for these competitive bids will be posted on the public tendering site MERX www.merx.com.
- For Emergency work, vendors will be selected based on capabilities and availability.
