York University has a contract with the following vendors for the provision of painting services. The term of the agreement commences January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 with two (2) one-year optional extensions.
Standing Agreement #SA23-065A, #SA23-065B, and #SA23-065C.
How to Buy
Departments/units that require this service must review the Second Stage Service Arrangement as below prior to contacting Facilities Services:
a) For requirements valued between $0 and $1,000, one (1) quote should be obtained from one of the VORs selected by York.
b) For requirements valued at more than $1,000, all pre-qualified vendors should be invited to submit a price or proposal. The vendor brings the best value to York should be selected.
York, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to obtain one (1) quote only should the work required be deemed emergency and require immediate onsite response.
