Paul CaraDonna, Chicago Botanic Garden, Northwestern University, & The Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory
Paul CaraDonna, PhD, is a Conservation Scientist and Professor at the Chicago Botanic Garden and Northwestern University. He conducts field-based ecological research in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, the Sky Islands of Arizona, and in the City of Chicago. He and his group are broadly interested in understanding the importance of species interactions for the population and community ecology of plants and pollinators.
“Time, flexibility, and the importance of plant-pollinator interactions"
This seminar will explore the ecology of plant-pollinator interactions. We will consider how these systems respond to rapid environmental change, the extent to which plant-pollinator interactions are flexible, and what it all means when you look closely.
