CEC Classroom
The Community Engagement Centre provides a meeting room that is available to community members and organizations for non-profit purposes, including meetings and workshops.
The room is furnished with 17 tables and 25 chairs and is equipped with a screen monitor, HDMI cable, keyboard, and a microwave for light use. With a capacity of up to 30 individuals, the space offers a functional and professional setting to support your event.
Furniture can be moved around to your configuration, however, you will be responsible for rearranging or re-organizing the setup of the classroom upon leaving.
Catering
We do NOT provide catering services for your event but we are happy to make recommedations.

IF catering is involved, you will be responsible for cleaning up after the meeting, handling leftovers and/or making sure leftovers are properly disposed.
