Accommodation & Conference Services offers discounted rates to organizations or departments booking 10 or more people and being billed under one account. We have vast experience hosting a variety of groups, such as conferences, school trips, sports teams, tournaments and more.

With a variety of residence buildings on campus, and thousands of beds, we have the right accommodation options to host your group.

The majority of our rooms are singles in traditional dormitory buildings, with a limited number of doubles. In addition to traditional dormitory buildings, we also have a suite-style building for groups requiring self-contained units.

Traditional Dormitory buildings consist of single and double occupancy rooms. Each floor features either large, shared washroom facilities, several single-person washrooms, or a mix of the two.

Our Suite-style building offers 2 single occupancy rooms in a suite, ideal for groups requiring more privacy. Each suite contains two single bedrooms (each with one single bed) and a shared washroom in the common area between the two bedrooms.

Prices vary based on a number of options. Please complete our Inquiry Form so our staff can review your request and provide you with the relevant details.

All charges will be applied to a single account that your organization/department is responsible for paying. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, certified cheque, money order, or internal York budget numbers. We do not accept cash payments.

To be eligible for our discounted group rates and to block a number of rooms, all charges related to accommodation must be paid on one account billed to the organization or department booking the rooms.

Groups must be a minimum of 10 people. We can typically accommodate groups as large as 1,250, depending on availability.
