Dorm rooms are available to guests every summer between mid-May and mid-August.

We offer discounted rates for group bookings of 10 or more when rooms are being paid on one account.

We are looking forward to welcoming guests back to campus! We are offering both suite-style and traditional dormitory options for short-term bookings this summer.

Traditional Dormitory Rooms

If you are looking for our most affordable accommodation option, we offer traditional dormitory rooms in our student residence, suitable for those on a budget. The residence consists of single and double occupancy rooms with large shared washroom facilities on each floor.

All rooms are furnished with a twin bed, dresser, closet, desk and chair; double rooms contain two of each of the listed items. Rooms are not equipped with telephones.

Suite-style Rooms

Our self-contained suite option offers 2 single occupancy rooms in a suite, ideal for guests requiring more privacy.

Each suite contains two single bedrooms (each with a lockable door and one single bed) and a washroom in the common area between the two bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a single bed, desk and large wardrobe. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge in the suite. Rooms are not equipped with telephones.

We rent out our rooms every summer between mid-May and mid-August.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or debit card. We do not accept cash payments. Payments are non-refundable.

Yes, however it is not included in the rates. As rates and parking lot availability can change throughout our operating season, please contact Parking Services at 416-736-5335 for information.

You may stay for 1 night only or up to 14 nights (2 weeks).

Check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m. on your arrival date. Please ensure you arrive before 10:00 p.m. when our office closes, as we cannot accommodate late arrivals. While we will do our best to accommodate early check-in requests, we cannot guarantee them.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on your departure date. While we will do our best to accommodate late check-out requests, we cannot guarantee them. We can arrange to have your luggage stored in a secure location if we are not able to accommodate a late check-out.

Guests must contact us at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled check-in to cancel their booking at no charge.

Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation or who provide less than 48 hours notice will be charged the equivalent of one night’s accommodation.
