1/2 cup Old Fashioned oats
1 cup milk
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup fruit (berries, bananas)
2 tbsp nuts (almonds)
To taste: Maple syrup or brown sugar
- Place the oats, milk, and cinnamon in a microwaveable bowl and stir to combine.
- Microwave on high for 90 seconds.
- Add fruits and nuts
- Sweeten to taste with maple syrup or brown sugar
