1/2 cup Old Fashioned oats

1 cup milk

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ cup fruit (berries, bananas)

2 tbsp nuts (almonds)

To taste: Maple syrup or brown sugar


  1. Place the oats, milk, and cinnamon in a microwaveable bowl and stir to combine. 
  1. Microwave on high for 90 seconds. 
  1. Add fruits and nuts 
  1. Sweeten to taste with maple syrup or brown sugar
