Overview
The CGS-MSFSS Program supports high-calibre Canadian graduate students in building global linkages and international networks through the pursuit of exceptional research experiences at recognized universities abroad. By accessing international scientific research and training, CGSMSFSS recipients contribute to strengthening the potential for collaboration between Canadian universities and affiliated research institutions and universities, or other research institutions outside of Canada.

Deadlines
- FGS internal deadlines: May 31 by 3:30 pm and September 28 by 3:30 pm.
- External: June 10 and October 10.
How to Apply
Please submit your application package to the Scholarship Coordinator by the internal deadline. For further information about the application process, please visit the program websites below:
Results
Applicants will be notified of the results by the agency directly approximately two months after the institutional deadline. Successful applicants must contact the Scholarship Coordinator to activate the award once expenses are incurred.
