It's Flu Vaccine time of year again!
The FLU Vaccine is a mandatory requirement of the School of Nursing and students must be vaccinated accordingly.
The School of Nursing has teamed up once again with Appletree Medical Group York Lanes to have the Flu Vaccine available to Nursing students, Faculty and staff. Please look at the IMPORTANT DATES section of this School of Nursing webpage for upcoming clinic dates (calendar view as well).
BONUS TIP: If you receive your Flu Vaccine at Appletree Medical Group on York University Campus, there is no need to bring your proof of flu vaccine to Synergy for CPP profile-update. Appletree will directly send a list to Synergy with your name on it!
If you choose to get your Flu Vaccine off-campus, you are reminded to bring a copy (original should be stamped to your CPP) to the School of Nursing Student Assignment Drop Box, located on the 3rd floor, HNES Building, beside room 328.
