York University has a contract with the following vendors for supply and delivery of HVAC maintenance and repair services. The term of this contract is from June 6, 2022 and may be valid up until June 5, 2027, should all annual extensions be exercised by York.

Departments/units that require this commodity should complete a Facilities Services Service Request.
The roster shall be managed in the following way: projects valued between $0 and $2,500 one (1) quote will be obtained, projects valued between $2,500 and $10,000 three (3) quotes will be obtained and projects valued above $10,000 all Proponent(s) will be invited to provide quotes.
