York University has selected the following vendors as prequalified contractors for Paving, Concrete, and Asphalt Repairs projects valued up to $500,000. The contract period is from July 15, 2025 to July 14, 2028.

How to Order
York community members requiring the services must complete a Facilities Services Service Request.
Pricing from all five (5) prequalified contractors shall be obtained, regardless of project value.
For requirements up to $100,000, the invitation to participate in the quote process will be sent via email.
For requirements over $100,000, contractors will be invited to a formal competitive process via our tendering website (www.merx.com).
