Fall Well-being Week

Caring for your Mental and Emotional Health

Our first ever Fall Well-being Week is scheduled for October 2-6, 2023. The week’s theme is Caring for Your Mental and Emotional Health. During Well-being Week (and every week), we invite York community members to learn about and prioritize mental and emotional well-being.

It is important for us to provide opportunities to talk and learn about mental and emotional well-being, work together to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and to share resources to find help.

The events offered during Fall Well-being Week are all free and include a mix of virtual and in-person offerings. Whether you're a student, staff member or part of York's faculty and instructor team, we hope to see you at Fall Well-being Week!
