Well-being Week

York University prioritizes all six dimensions of well-being—physical, mental, social, spiritual and cultural, financial, and occupational well-being—through free events held in person and virtually.

Well-being Week is a week-long University-wide initiative organized by several campus partners and York community members. It is run twice a year to create multiple opportunities for York community members to explore, experience and feel supported in their well-being journey. During Well-being Week, you can expect a variety of events, skill-building seminars, on-campus supports, self-help resources, creative self-care activities and more.
