Well-being Week

Well-being Week prioritizes all interdependent components of wellness - such as physical, emotional and mental health - through free virtual and in-person events. Well-being Week occurs once per semester, during which we invite members of the York community to join us throughout the week for on-campus support recommendations, skill-building seminars, self-help resources, creative self-care activities, giveaways and more.
