Embracing all Dimensions of Well-being
March 2 to 6, 2026
Join us for a week of engaging and interactive workshops, activities and learning experiences to help our students, staff, faculty and instructors access services and resources to thrive at school and at work. From fitness classes, teaching kitchens and art workshops to wellness empowerment, mindfulness and resiliency, there are many opportunities to prioritize your well-being.
The theme Embracing all Dimensions of Well-being reflects York's holistic approach to well-being, bringing attention to various aspects and forms of well-being.
