Your Student Information Record

The Graduate Program in Education needs to contact students by email and potentially by phone. We rely on students to provide current contact information in their student files in order to successfully communicate.

Find information on how to update your personal information at If you are providing an email address to an account that you do not regularly check, we suggest having the account auto-forward to an email account that you do check regularly so that you do not miss any important information.

Note:  Some employers—including school boards—have strong firewalls that block group emails. If your preferred email is from your workplace, please confirm in advance that our communications will not be caught in the workplace’s firewall. Please also check your junk mail folder and mark our emails as “not junk” in order to ensure that communications arrive consistently.

Students are responsible for ensuring that their personal contact information is up-to-date and that they are aware of the information relating to their program.
