Your Microsoft Office account's data is populated by the HR database. This means that your ‘Preferred Name’ will appear as your Office 365 (Outlook) name. You can change your ‘Preferred Name’ name online via HR Self-Serve.
Changes made to your ‘Preferred Name’ name will be visible in other systems, including MS Teams and SharePoint within the next business day.
