Graduate school can be exciting and rewarding, but it can also feel intense, isolating, and overwhelming at times. You don’t have to carry that experience alone.
The Graduate Student Wellness Support Group, facilitated by Graduate Student Wellness Services, offers a welcoming space where you can pause, connect, and feel supported by others who understand the unique pressures of graduate life. This is a community built on empathy and shared experience—where you can show up as you are, without judgment.
In this group, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with fellow graduate students, talk openly about the challenges and wins of academic life, and build practical tools for managing stress, strengthening resilience, and caring for your mental well-being. Whether you're navigating deadlines, self-doubt, isolation, or simply looking for a place to feel grounded, you are welcome here.
Above all, this is a confidential and supportive environment designed to help you feel heard, understood, and less alone as you move through your graduate journey.
