Research Ethics
The Department of Psychology at York University is committed to the highest standards of integrity. All projects involving the use of human participants, animals and biological agents are subject to review by the appropriate University committee.
Undergraduate Research Participation Pool (U.R.P.P)
The URPP gives students the opportunity to earn up to 4% toward their PSYC 1010 grade. Specifically, students can earn 4% by completing eight (8) URPP credits by participating in psychological research at York University. Each 30 minutes of research participation is given 0.5 URPP credits.
