Job Description:

1. Project Coordinator
Role Overview:
The Project Coordinator will assist with the planning, coordination, and documentation of ongoing creative, branding, and web development projects. This role provides practical experience in project management within a fast-paced, client-driven creative agency.

The Project Coordinator will support our creative project workflows by:

- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, task lists, and status reports
- Documenting weekly team meetings and client check-ins, including drafting agendas and summary notes
- Updating and organizing project boards and documentation portals
- Supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and basic workflow audits and templates
- Conducting brief competitor or trend research to inform branding and marketing initiatives

2. Design Assistant
Role Overview:
The Design Assistant intern will work closely with our Creative Director and Design Team to assist in the production of brand assets, packaging concepts, and digital marketing content. This is ideal for students looking to build a portfolio and gain real-world design experience.

The Design Assistant intern will support our creative team by:

- Assisting in the development of moodboards, style tiles, and decks
- Designing social media graphics, eBooks, and marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva
- Preparing client presentation decks and mockups in Figma or Adobe XD
- Performing minor file revisions (e.g., color corrections, typography updates) and exporting production-ready assets
- Organizing and maintaining the shared asset library and version control in Dropbox, Google Drive or Figma

3. Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager intern will assist in executing our social media, email, and content marketing strategies. This is a great role for a student interested in digital marketing for e-commerce brands.

The Marketing Manager intern will collaborate with our digital marketing team to:

- Draft and schedule social media content (captions, visuals, and posting calendar) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Assist in creating and sending email newsletters and promotional campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Flodesk
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (engagement rates, click-through rates, follower growth)
- Conduct hashtag research, competitor audits, and trend analysis to inform content strategy
- Source, curate, and repurpose user-generated content and influencer assets
- Support influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and basic contract tracking

Qualifications:

Project Coordinator:
- Strong organizational and written communication skills
- Previous client-facing or administrative support experience
- Familiarity with project-management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Jira) and collaboration tools (Notion, Slack)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic research skills and comfort summarizing findings
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn Agile workflows

Design Assistant:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
- Basic familiarity with Figma and/or Shopify
- Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail (typography, color, layout)
- Clear communication and receptiveness to creative feedback
- Ability to manage and organize digital asset libraries

Marketing Manager:
- Strong written communication and copywriting ability tailored to different social platforms
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Later, Planoly, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite)
- Basic understanding of email-marketing platforms and CRM segmentation
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting simple metrics and Google Analytics basics
- Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage a content calendar

Additional Assets:

Project Coordinator:
- Exposure to Agile methodologies or Scrum ceremonies
- Prior coursework or certification in Project Management
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma for liaising with design teams

Design Assistant:
- Prior coursework or portfolio demonstrating branding or digital design work
- Experience with 3D mockup tools (e.g., Blender, Adobe Dimension, Pacdora)
- Basic knowledge of video editing (Capcut, Premiere Pro) for animated reels
- Understanding of web asset preparation (SVG, optimized JPEG/PNG)
- Exposure to design systems or style guide creation

Marketing Manager:
- Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing, social media strategy, or e-commerce marketing
- Exposure to email-marketing automation workflows and A/B testing
- Basic graphic-design skills (Canva or Adobe Express) for quick asset creation
- Understanding of brand voice development and visual storytelling
