Restricting Use of Online Proctoring of Examinations
Any form of technology-enabled invigilation (also known as “online proctoring”) by instructors may not be used except in exceptional circumstances. This includes the use of proctoring software or video conferencing software used for proctoring purposes, including Zoom.  Authorization for the use of online proctoring in exceptional circumstances is required by the relevant Dean / Principal of the Faculty / School / College and the Vice-Provost Academic.
Changes to Deadlines / Petitions Process
Students are not required to submit an Attending Physician’s Statement in support of requests for deferred standing or petitions. This change in process is in place until further notice.
