The Office of ​Professional Learning in the Faculty of Education is delighted to host a delegation of 26 Education Professors from universities in Jiangsu province, PRC. The professors are at York to engage in 11 weeks of professional learning.

The group will be learning about teacher education at York, programs in Ontario schools, research-based high yield instructional strategies, assessment practices, and many other important topics.

This unique program was initiated through the Faculty's partnership with SuON College in Toronto. Heather Lotherington, Associate Dean (Research), and Rick White, Coordinator of International Programs, welcomed the group to York at an Opening Ceremony on Monday October 2nd.
