Overview

The E.B. Rowe Communication and Culture Politics and Policy Scholarship is given annually to a graduate student (Masters or Doctoral level) in the Communication and Culture Graduate program, with preference given to students specializing in Politics and Policy. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons, be Ontario residents*, and demonstrate financial need.
