Ross Hunter Paterson Award

Overview

The Ross Hunter Paterson Award will be given to a graduate student who has successfully completed one semester of study in the field of urban or social geography. Preference will be given to a student studying issues related to metropolitan Toronto as the locale under study; further preference will be given to those studying housing issues. In the event that there is no eligible candidate for the award using the criteria above, the award will be given to a graduate student who has successfully completed one semester of study in human geography. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons, be Ontario residents*, and demonstrate financial need.
