Overview
The Charles Plourde Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to an incoming PhD student in the Economics program, who is the highest performing, or most innovative student in theoretical and applied environmental and natural resource economics and/or in microeconomics. Applicants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents or protected persons, Ontario residents*, and demonstrate financial need.
