The Graduate Student Wellness Services (GSWS) is partnering with Learning Skills Services to offer a certificate in personal wellness and learning skills. The program is free and open to all York graduate students.
The certificate program includes five sessions offered weekly in the fall and winter semesters.
This five-week free program focuses on social connection, personal wellness, and learning skills. Topics covered include stress-reduction, overcoming procrastination, enhancing motivation, time management, and skills from the field of positive psychology including mindfulness, gratitude, and self-compassion. The program also focuses on creating opportunity to connect with peers and learn more about wellness supports at York.
