We offer many creative services including manufacturing clothing for other organizations, creating designs to help companies tell their story, and implementing unique social campaigns that strengthens the connection between business and their communities.

Whether we are working with a university or sports team, we aim to be a platform meshing fashion to storytelling, social change and uniting communities.

Job Description:

Community Partnerships
You'll be the main point of contact for our community-focused initiatives with our clients. This includes helping coordinate meaningful collaborations with local non-profits, organizing logistics, and working closely with our team to bring these initiatives to life.

Artist Platform Marketing Support
You’ll also support the development and launch of our new Artist Platform. This platform will spotlight local visual artists by manufacturing and selling their designs through Cyanic. You’ll help find artists, support with overall branding and site aesthetics, and lead the marketing and content efforts for the launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:

Community Partnership Coordination:
- Serve as the main liaison between Cyanic and our clients for all community-focused initiatives
-Handle communication and logistics with local nonprofits and community organizations
- Organize and coordinate game-night activations (e.g., booths, merchandise, storytelling moments)
- Support with co-branded marketing efforts and merchandise planning
- Ensure smooth delivery of each event with minimal lift from the Steelheads’ internal team

Artist Platform Support:
- Collaborate with our team to research and reach out to emerging local visual artists
- Assist in shaping the creative direction and visual identity of the platform/site
- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies for the platform launch and beyond
- Help grow an online following and boost engagement around artist drops

Qualifications:

Marketing & Communication:
- Experience with social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, and/or Twitter/X)
- Strong writing skills for captions, emails, and community-facing communication
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other basic design tools
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and engagement strategies
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Wix, etc.) is a bonus

Community & Partnerships:
- Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable communicating with nonprofits, artists, and sports organizations
- Prior experience in community outreach, event coordination, or nonprofit collaboration (an asset but not required)
- Organized and able to manage logistics, timelines, and communication across multiple stakeholders

Creative & Visual Direction:
- A good eye for branding, design aesthetics, and visual storytelling
- Experience working with artists or in creative environments is a plus
- Interest in fashion, streetwear, or cultural campaigns

General:
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
- Comfortable taking initiative, problem-solving, and managing multiple tasks at once

Additional Assets:

- Knowledge of local visual artists is an asset
- Passion for purpose-driven brands, social impact, and creative collaboration
