Job Description:
The Digital Content, Communications & Automation Intern will support our real estate brand by creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, while also helping implement AI tools and automated workflows to improve marketing and operations. The role blends media production, communications strategy, and innovation in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Interest in digital marketing, branding, and real estate
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Additional Assets:
- Experience managing or growing a personal or brand social media account
- Basic video editing or short-form content creation skills
- Understanding of branding and tone across platforms
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Interest in community impact, housing, or newcomer support
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools and technologies
