Required Background: Third of forth year student with at least 2 semesters to graduate. GPA 8.0 or above. Excellent performance in the courses: MATH2565 (A/A+), ITEC2600 (A/A+), 2610 (A/A+), 2620 (A/A+), 3230 (A/A+).

Project Description:

The student will read books on experimental design and statistics using R. Meanwhile, the student will design, administer and analyze an experiment in the area of Requirements Engineering. Exact application topic varies by time and student. Duties: Weekly progress presentation. Weekly quizzes. Final Report and Quiz. Textbooks (mandatory - require purchase): [Rosnow and Rosenthal. Beginning Behavioral Research: A Conceptual Primer. (6th edition). Pearson Prentice Hall. 2008] and [Andy Field. Discovering Statistics Using R.
