Monts is a VCP alum and has a soft spot for the VIC in particular. They are thrilled continue working with VCP another year as the Assistant Director for the VIC. Taking lessons with Second City and Bad Dog has helped hone the skills necessary to help guide the VIC forward but every year will continue to be more full of wonder and passion for improv.
