Position Title: Social Media/PR Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated intern who is committed to building long-term strategies to build our social media presence. Your primary task will be to manage our social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook while creating long-term strategic initiatives to measurably build our audience, engagement, and brand awareness. You will be working closely with our current social media manager to create and manage the execution of high-quality, creative, and attention-grabbing content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media and PR strategies.
  • Manage accounts on TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies and partnerships with creators for gifted/paid campaigns.
  • Connect us with large and small digital influencers.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Measure the success of every social media and PR campaign.
  • Write effective and appealing copy for various marketing channels.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement.

Qualifications:

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with content creation tools, social media management tools, and PR tools.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strategic planning and goal setting.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Ability to understand influencer media kits.
