Would you like to practice your French or meet other French-speaking students in a casual and relaxed setting? Come hang out at The French Café where you can meet new people, practice your French-speaking skills and enjoy some snacks!
Hosted by the Department of French Studies and open to students of all French-speaking levels, The French Café is a student-led social event, four times per week, in the department’s student lounge.
Fall 2026 Schedule
- Mondays - 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Tuesdays - 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays - 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Thursdays - 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Sessions begin the week of September 14th.
Location: Ross N721 (student lounge).
Open to all students. Just present your YUcard at department reception when you arrive.
