Would you like to practice your French or meet other French-speaking students in a casual and relaxed setting? Come hang out at The French Café where you can meet new people, practice your French-speaking skills and enjoy some snacks!
Hosted by the Department of French Studies and open to LA&PS students of all French-speaking levels, The French Café is a student-led social event, twice per week, in the department’s student lounge.
The French Café will take place in Ross N721 at the following times:
- Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- Thursdays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- Please bring and show your YU card to participate.
In Winter 2026, sessions will begin on Monday, January 12 and end on Wednesday, April 1.
