Peer-Assisted Study Sessions (PASS)

  • Facilitated by a trained peer leader who has excelled in the course, and attends lecture with you!

Peer Tutoring

  • Approx. 15 mins on one concept/question
  • Hosted by volunteer peer tutors who have taken the course

Peer Mentoring

  • All incoming first-year Bethune students are matched with a peer mentor in the same program
  • Peer mentors are available to answer questions, give advice, and help incoming students adapt to university life
  • Peer Mentors also provide drop-in peerĀ advising (208 Bethune College - Monday to Friday) to answer any other questions you may have!

Class Representatives

Your Class Representative is a fellow student enrolled in your class who:

  • Shares information about upcoming events and campus services
  • Brings forward ideas from the class to the professor
  • Organizes informal group study sessions

Seminars & Workshops

  • Learn about professional schools, career options, research opportunitiesĀ on campus, and much more!
  • Presented by Bethune Peer Mentors
  • Open to all Bethune students

Get Involved

  • Become a Bethune College Peer Mentor, Peer Tutor, Class Rep, or PASS Leader!
  • We provide training for our peer leaders to support them in their mission
