Well-being Week offers York graduate students an opportunity to pause, reflect and connect while highlighting wellness resources available throughout their studies.
Graduate studies can involve balancing coursework, research, deadlines and life outside the University. Well-being Week at York University, taking place Oct. 5 to 9, 2026, offers students an opportunity to reflect on six dimensions of well-being: physical, mental, social, spiritual and cultural, financial and occupational.
Through free events, skill-building sessions, creative self-care activities and other resources, the week encourages the York community to explore approaches to well-being that can extend throughout the year.
