Michel Mott Machado is PhD of Business Administration (Human and Social Management in Organizations) – Mackenzie Presbyterian University, and Master in Social Science (Sociology) – Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. He is postdoctoral fellow linked to the Business and Society (BUSO) Program – Department of Social Science – LA&PS - York University, developing the research project “Brazilian Immigrant Entrepreneurship in Toronto – ON/CAN”, whose purpose is to analyze patterns of ethnic/immigrant entrepreneurship in Brazilian communities in Toronto. This project has the support of the research grant abroad granted by São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). Main research topics: Human and Organizational Dignity, Social Responsibility of Higher Education, Expatriation, Ethnic and Immigrant Entrepreneurship.
