The School of Social Work congratulates Jenny Haggart, recipient of the Alumni Award for Outstanding Contribution to Student Experience. This award is given to LA&PS alumni who continue to give back to the York community since having graduated from the Faculty. Recipients will have enhanced student experience by active engagement in the Faculty, either inside or outside of the classroom or through involvement with a student association.

Jenny is a graduate of the School of Social Work's BSW (2006) MSW (2007) Programs. She has provided tremendous support to the School of Social Work and its students as a field instructor (CLASP and CMHA-York) and guest lecturer. In addition, Jenny has served as an invaluable Faculty Advisor to several BSW and MSW field seminar groups over the last 7+ years. She has participated in various Field Education events including the Agency Fair, and has paved the way for her colleagues to supervise students in field placement at other CMHA branches.
