SWSA Wins LAPS Student Experience Award

On AprilĀ  27th the Social Work Student Association (SWSA) was awarded a Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies 2015-16 'Outstanding Overall Contribution to Student Experience Award'. This award is awarded to a Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies student association in recognition of its outstanding contribution to the enrichment of the undergraduate student experience in their Department or School of affiliation, as well as in the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies.

During the 2015-16 year, the SWSA Executive and its Student Ambassadors worked tirelessly to coordinate activities and events that have contributed to a culture of community and peer support at the School of Social Work.
