Michael Kehinde

Michael Kehinde is currently the Senior Manager, Program, Strategy and Policy at Ontario Digital Service. Michael was the previous Special Advisor/Executive Assistant to the Assistant Deputy Minister of Ontario's Anti-Racism Directorate and prior to joining the Directorate, Michael was at various times the Digital Training Lead at Ontario Digital Service and Diversity Lead at the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services.

Before joining the Ontario Public Service, Michael was a postdoctoral fellow at Pennsylvania State University. He has also taught Political Science at universities in Nigeria and England. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Durham University, England as well as a bachelor's and a master's in the same program from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Michael has published articles and book chapters on governance, ethnicity and federalism. He is co-author of "Democratic Governance and Political Participation in Nigeria". Michael is currently revising his thesis as a book entitled "Making Sense of African Colonial Boundaries".
