Bethune College is home to a large collection of registered university clubs and organizations. Affiliation to Bethune College entitles these clubs to office space and funds from Bethune College Council (BCC).
Applications for New Clubs, Club Renewal and Bethune College Affiliation are now closed.
To request Bethune College affiliation, hold office space within the college and be eligible for funding from BCC, you must register with SCLD through YU Connect. Please visit the SCLD Club Website for additional information about registering/renewing. Make sure you complete the information regarding affiliation and answer the Bethune related questions. The YU Connect deadline is September 30th.
If you are planning to request a renewal of affiliation with office space, please register as soon as possible.

Advertising
If you would like to advertise your event on the Bethune College home page and weekly newsletter email, please send your request to bethune@yorku.ca by Friday at 9am for publishing the following week. Please include the event date, time, location, poster, link to a registration form and if available, a URL link to additional information about your event.
If you would like colour posters (up to 11"x17"), please e-mail your .pdf file to bethune@yorku.ca.
Meeting Space
If your club would like to use Bethune space for meetings, eg. Meeting Rooms, Delaney Gallery (BC 320), Norman's (BC 203A), please visit our Room Bookings webpage. You will need to complete a YU Room Request Form.
Note: you can submit one YU Room Request Form for multiple meeting dates (eg: monthly meetings).
Expectations
Affiliated clubs must agree to our Club Policy and abide by the expectations therein.
Funding
Bethune College Council offers funding to Bethune affiliated clubs.
