Tim is an Ontario called lawyer. His 40 year career spanned banking, corporate/commercial and securities law as a general counsel, corporate secretary, chief compliance officer in financial services.

He holds a designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

My Teaching Style:

Tim brings out the best experience in on-line teaching by making it fantastic for students. For example, he uses break-out rooms and interactive case studies, guest speakers and judges. A learning objective is for students to master how to present in a clear, compelling and concise style- just like in a business setting.
