Marlee Mercer and Tina Sharifi, PhD students at York University School of HRM, received the Best Doctoral Student Paper Award from the Western Academy of Management for their study, titled “Endometriosis and Women Leaders: A Feminist Phenomenological Perspective on Career Implications and Stereotype Effects”. Their award was presented at the Western Academy of Management annual convention held in Long Beach on March 15, 2024.
