Udayna Mohindroo currently serves as the Graduate Program Administrator for the Management Practice Program at York University's Markham Campus. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Post-Degree Certificate in Human Resources Management from York University. 

Her academic and professional interests are primarily focused on Transformational and Transactional Leadership, with a particular emphasis on leadership effectiveness, employee motivation, and organizational performance. Udayna has contributed to teaching and student learning through her involvement in Human Resources Management courses, including HRM 3440: Leadership and Management Skills and HRM 4420: Human Resources Research Methods. 

Through her administrative and academic experience, she is committed to supporting student success, fostering effective leadership practices, and advancing excellence in higher education.
