Jennifer is a municipal professional with more than 15 years of experience working in local government, with a strong focus on organizational performance, innovation, and service delivery improvement. Her career has spanned a range of roles both at the operational level and supporting corporate strategy, continuous improvement, and customer-centric service design within the municipal sector.
Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Guelph. She brings a strong analytical and systems-thinking approach to her work, bridging policy, performance measurement, and practical implementation. Jennifer is currently with the Town of Caledon, where she works in the Office of the CAO supporting strategic initiatives and innovation projects aimed at strengthening organizational effectiveness and preparing the municipality for future growth and change.
