Josie Scioli is the former Deputy City Manager, Corporate Services at the City of Toronto where she provides strategic leadership to the City’s Corporate Real Estate Management, Fleet Services, 311 Toronto, Technology Services and Environment & Climate divisions as well as the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer.
Recognized as an authentic and transformational leader with a natural ability to build high performance cultures, cultivating customer service excellence, and creating a “Customer First” culture amongst diverse teams, she is also well known for her passion and commitment beyond the work environment that extend deep into the community. Josie champions the Toronto Public Services Women’s Network, inspiring and empowering women to lead in today’s fast paced and challenging environment, as well she leads the United Way fundraising campaign at the City in her position as Co-Patron.
In October 2021, Josie was recognized by the Women's Executive Network as one of Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award Winners, and was the recipient of the CIBC Executive Leaders Award for her outstanding leadership and vision.
