My Role in Change
“The only thing that remains constant is change.” [Heraclitus]. This statement applies at both an organizational level and a personal level. The degree to which a change produces results is directly correlated with individual change and change only truly occurs when individuals in an organization work in new ways.
Adapting and adopting new skills and behaviours quickly help the organization to drive the desired future state. This course discusses change concepts and tools to help support you to effectively manage through change.

- Identify how we perceive change and what we believe about our roles in change
- Appreciate how organizational and individual change require each other to succeed
- Create a plan to identify the steps required to successfully contribute to, and manage, change in your role and team.
