To take your Convocation photo, please book your appointment online or by phone.
To be included in the Composite photo for June, you must take your photo in the Winter (March/April).
To be included in the Composite photo for October, you must take your photo in the Summer.
Sitting Fee
$25 cash only, includes 8 colour proofs and 1 - 11 x 14 copy of the class composite.
Option, add $10 for proofs also in black & white.
$50 Super Special
2 - 5 x 7’s and 4 - 4 x 5’s, Regular Price $78, $50 for New College students
This one time offer is available to you ONLY at the time of your grad portrait session. For $50 tax included (cash only) paid at the time of your portrait sitting, you will receive 2 - 5 x 7’s and 4 - 4 x 5’s.
The Super Special package is not retouched (removal of facial blemishes). Proofs with a price list will be mailed to you in 3 weeks. If you decide at this point to upgrade to a retouched package you can apply the super special amount you have paid as credit towards another package.
What to Wear
Women, a white blouse or white turtleneck is recommended. Men, a white shirt and tie is recommended.
Do You Wear Glasses?
Glare occurs in most glasses, even non-glare coatings still glare. At the time of your sitting the photographer will try to insure that no glare appears in your portrait. To make things easier, and to guarantee no-glare photos, we advise that you borrow empty frames from your optometrist or remove the lenses at the time of your sitting.
Note: Stray hair, discoloured or damaged teeth, oily or shiny skin cannot be retouched.
Composite Photos
Composite photos will be available immediately following convocation at Reception.
After your convocation date, you can drop by to pick up composite photos from Reception in the Office of the Master, New College, 140 Atkinson. Please be sure to check our office hours at least 4 hours prior to arrival.
