Race: Writing & Rewriting a Powerful Idea (Race: Theory and Literature)

This course examines responses by various authors who consider race and racism as they inhere across genres in literature and literary study from antiquity to today.
Course credit exclusions: AP/EN 2014 3.00; AP/EN 2015 3.00.
Open to: all EN Majors/Minors eligible to take 2000-level courses according to LA&PS regulations, or "by permission".
Not open to Non-EN Majors/Minors, except "by permission".
