Science Communicator in Residence Program

This program is now closed.

From 2016-2020, the Faculty of Science at York University hosted the York Science Communicator in Residence program. The program aimed to recognize outstanding science communicators and to promote excellence in science-related communications. Residents were immersed in an academic scientific setting where they had the opportunity to meet and interact with eminent researchers, who in turn learned from the residents about effective ways of communicating science stories.
