Taline Apelian-Sutor is a passionate fourth-year Biology student pursuing her degree with the Faculty of Science. Committed to serving her community through volunteer involvement, Taline actively seeks leadership opportunities at York University. A few of her endeavours include engaging in undergraduate research, supporting new students as a Peer Mentor, and advocating for her peers as a member of the Science Student Caucus and Faculty of Science Executive Committee. She also works to bridge the gap between students and university leadership as a President’s Ambassador. Outside of school, Taline operates a French tutoring business and finds great fulfillment in helping her students strengthen skills and gain confidence in their second language. She can also be found playing volleyball at York, practicing the piano, hiking, swimming, and exploring the outdoors.
