Nominations & Governance Committee
The Nominations and Governance Committee ensures that the Board represents the York University community and plans for success. Alongside the professional team, this committee helps renew Board members, recruit new Board members, participate in the orientation and onboarding of new members and connect individual members with the board committees.

Scholarship & Awards Committee
The Scholarship and Awards Committee promotes and adjudicates scholarships and awards and makes recommendations to the President, through the Office of Alumni Engagement and celebrates student recipients.
